  11. Five photographs (4X4 cm), 3 front and 2 right profile (2.5 cm from chin to hairline), white
    background, with forehead and ears uncovered, and without earrings or eyeglasses. Instant
    photographs are not acceptable, this can be done on the following day not included in package is
    about $12.00

  1. Applicant will call toll free 1-800-605-1257, to the office  to sign up   or via email at

  2. Applicant  will guaranteed 50% deposit with; check, cashier check  VISA or MC
  3. Office  will email, fax or mail to  applicant a  biographical questionnaire  needed to fill out  the forms
  4. Applicant will  email,  fax, mail   or in person the following items:
  • Questionnaire
  • Original bank statement
  • Original Proof of Mexico address  with;  utility bill, Lease agreement or  bank trust

Note: once we receive the above items and 50% payment  we need 3 working days to prepare all the
applications and bank statement translation. We will call the applicant   to  set up an appointment for
he/she to come with us to the corresponding Mexico  Immigration office to file for the FM3.

On the filing day the applicant  needs  to bring the following  items:  
  1. Original passport plus a copy of all  pages   needed only at the  filing day and return to applicant  
    right away

We will file for the applicant's FM3  and will be ready in two to three weeks.  The applicant will receive a
stamped  application receipt which will be the applicant's  legal status while the FM3 is ready. Mexico
Immigration Consultants agent  will pick up the FM3 on the applicant's  behalf and  FED EX it  or give to
the applicant  in person at this time the applicant  pay the balance due.

NOTE: IF YOU OBTAINED YOUR  FIRST FM3  IN  THE MEXICAN CONSULATE IN U.S.  YOU HAVE 90 DAYS TO VALIDATE IT
& 30 DAYS TO REGISTER IN THE CORRESPONDING MEXICO IMMIGRATION OFFICE WHERE YOU WILL RESIDE.

  • Original bank statement
Note: Once we receive the above  items we will file on the applicant's  behalf,  the applicant  does  not
need to be present. The FM3 will be ready 2 to 3 weeks after we file. We will receive a  stamped  receipt
application which will be   the applicant's  legal status while the FM3 is in process. Once the FM3 is ready
we will FED EX it to the applicant or give it  in person,  at this time the applicant pay  the balance due.
RETIREMENT FM3 VISA RENEWAL PACKAGE ASSISTANCE IN NORTH BAJA:

Note: Ensenada and San Felipe is $100.00, more per FM3.
Tip: If you obtained an FM3 Visa in any Mexican Consulate in  U.S. You have 90 days to validate it, if you
go over the 90 days your FM3 Visa  is AUTOMATICALLY VOIDED.
You must validate the FM3 Visa  in any Mexico border, airport or seaport.  Your FM3 Visa  is good for 365
days from the day  it is stamped, before the FM3 Visa expires you need to cancel it or extend it. If you
opt to  cancel it   you must return  it  in the nearest   Mexico Immigration office, border,  airport or
seaport.
If you intention is to extend it every year, you must register your FM3 in the corresponding Mexico
Immigration office where you will reside 30 days after you validate it, then file for the extensions
accordingly.
Always   request  an exit stamp in your passport to avoid fines  in future FM3 Mexico Visa inquiries.
